Well, I edited it to make it general comments without pointing a finger at anyone. This is what it reads now:
Let's clear up some misnomers about BCAP.
BCAP really has No TA, well that is false because here is a direct quote from the last PR dated March 8.

Looks to me like the PR states there IS a TA, just no clients. So claims of no TA are false, claims of no TA clients are true.
Second point, no revenue. Well unless people have been given copies of financials that haven't been posted yet as per the PR and I quote

The Company plans to file its year end report for fiscal year 2011 by the end of March.
No one but insiders of Baron have any idea what the revenues look like. Financials will be posted by March 31st, until then, claims of no revenue are also false.
Lastly, No brokerage . Well that is truthful statement being that Matt Dwyer clearly stated that and again, I quote

These according to the March 8th PR are the facts.
