I believe Mr. Reid feels like most of us do that the SEC or powers that be have stopped KMAG from rising.

He submitted the form 10 as he told us he did.

SEC blocked it !!

I bet that the info on the form 10 is awesome.

Why else would the SEC block it ?

I know the SEC likes to hide NSS as LPHI is proof of that.
So maybe it's the 2 - 300 million NSS that has been passed around.
I honestly don't know.
