I know it's frustrating. ask yourself this question has the market priced the company fairly? if it has then sell if it hasn't then buy eventually it will be priced where it needs to be. Let's assume for a second that all of the 700 mill A/S is out and at the current price it will give MRIB a market cap of 4.69 million. That's it!
How can the company control the share price?
They will run the business and are doing a great job anyone who's been in the pennies long enough knows what I'm talking about.
The market as a whole has sucked for pennies lately (summers usually are)
If they have the cash in the future I easily see them buying back shares to take back equity. It takes time just think where they've been from pretty much ground zero!
What does Margrit own over 35 million shares or so , She's lined up with the rest of the shareholders. Do you think she wants the share price to reflect on what the company is worth???
Recession Proof Product / Consume buy more / rinse and repeat.
Yes it's competitive but they don't need to be a giant in the industry to succeed just different enough to have a loyal following and build market share until one of the giants eventually discovers them!
