New and exciting? In this economy?
Ha!
'Bout the only new and exciting thing going right now is the anticipation of a KMAG Q filing.
Though the suspension and greysheets has been a considerable setback on the trading front (and on JR's time as well), I see no reason why it should cause a problem with normal Q filings. The suspension-turn-greysheets, and Q filings, are two totally separate/different matters, and the one (filings) should not be adversely affected by the other, IMVHO.
I added on Fri because my gut tells me the odds are in favor of a filing. I didn't load the boat though, because if a filing doesn't come (by the 15th), there may still be tax-loss sellers after the 15th, to which I will watch for even cheaper shares.
IMO, the suspension-turned-greysheets has absolutely no overall effect on what JR had planned all along: OTCBB. In other words, as a greysheet, he could technically forego the anticipated filing and still go OTCBB, once all audited filings are completed. Skipping the next Q filing will not affect going OTCBB at all. The OTCBB could care less about grey/pinksheet filings. The OTCBB only cares about audited filings.
I'm leaning towards the required "3 months silence" as being the reason why we haven't heard squat from the Man. If KMAG were one of the many that were bogged down with debt, I would think otherwise. Since KMAG is debt free (and not bound by creditors that most micro's would just as soon skip out on), JR has every reason to resuscitate the stock. Especially since he has a handsome stake himself, in it.
But this is all common sense. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know/think/understand this. Which explains why KMAG has so many pundits on the IHub board. They all sniff an immediate 10 bagger (upon normal trading again) and just want a piece of it.
