Was the 20 mm equity?
If so, is the 20mm fully funded ?
If not is there a funding schedule and are there restrictions on use of these funds? Are shares being sold currently to fund operations pending licensing and resulting cash flow? Have first round investors/insiders reinvested in FITX? If so, is this in any manner related to the revenue share agreement?
2: Share structure and merger: Is there a buyback program in place? Is this going to be done through a tender offer at premium pricing or by stock repurchases on the open market? If neither of the above then what are the plans for share structure? What are the plans/timelines for a RXMB and Creative Edge Nutrition merger ( a holding company)? If a merger, what is the share structure anticipated to be? Will RXMB take an equity position in the company as part of a merger? Are there any preconditions to a RXMB merger such as obtaining HC issued license prior to a merger occurring? If not, then what are plans/timelines with RXMB?
3. Hemp Technologies, Ltd. Are there plans to grow and market hemp oil (CBD)? If so, are there currently leased or owned lands capable of producing a hemp crop? If so, how much acreage and what is anticipated production? Timelines, etc? If no plans to grow hemp then what are the plans within the next 12 months for Hemp Technologies Ltd.?
4. What is the expected quantity of the first run in bldg. 1 ? What is the status of site, 2 with respect to applying for license ? What is the expected rollout for bldg.'s , 3,4,5,6 and does the 20mm cover construction costs? If not, will debt finance be structured?
5. Has a tentative date been set for Audited financials yet, if so will audited financials be comprehensive to all companies under the FITX umbrella ?
6. Which higher exchange is being considered ? OTC, NAS, and what are the anticipated timelines/objectives to be accomplished in order to accomplish an uplist?
7. What was the reason for the trips to Ukraine, China ? Are there pending or contracted agreements between Creative Edge Nutrition as a result of the referenced visits?
8 There have been references publically to an island being purchased possibly in the Bahamas? Is this simply a rumor or is at factual? If so, does this have anything to do with Creative Edge Nutrition?
9. Is there any reason that FITX should not obtain licensing from HC or are there any outstanding issues at this time that must be resolved at city/county/government level to receive HC issued license?
10. There is a significant amount of shares held by dedicated shareholders on the Investors Hangout board. Would you be willing to allow one person representing the entire shares/shareholders group as referenced contact FITX once a month to follow up/obtain status reports/updates? if so, please advise when is best for you., ie., 1st,15th, 25th of each month?
