FlexShopper, Inc. (Formerly Anchor Funding Services, Inc.) Reports Second Quarter 2014 Results, Accelerating Lease Originations and Growing Ecommerce Business

BOCA RATON, FL, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 08/14/2014 - - FlexShopper, Inc. (OTCQB: FPAY) announced today its results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2014, lease revenues were $689,329 and $793,250, respectively. FlexShopper began originating lease-to-own transactions of durable goods in late December 2013 and, therefore, had no revenues for the comparable periods of 2013. FlexShopper originated 765 leases in the first quarter of 2014, and 2,136 leases in the second quarter, resulting in 2,901 lease originations for the six months ended June 30, 2014. FlexShopper's current lease portfolio is in excess of 4,500 leases.

FlexShopper, Inc. (OTCQB: FPAY) today announced that it incurred approximately $655,000 of expenses in 2013 to develop its lease-to-own (LTO) technology platform, resulting in a loss of $693,681 for the twelve months ended December 31, 2013. In addition, the Company is pleased to report that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with a financial institution to acquire its factoring business, which, if completed, will provide the company with liquidity to expand FlexShopper's LTO business.
