RIBTW warrants look like a great buy here.
They got 4 years and 3 months til they expire, kind of like the old fashioned leaps that are no more. The strike price of $6.55 is near by. At today's close you could buy 300 warrants for almost exactly the same price as 100 shares of stock.
Here is the math>>>>
At at $10 stock, stock you'd have $1,000
300 warrants worth $1035 with no premium, but at $10 it would still probably have a .75 premium minimum or total $1260
At $15 stock worth $1500
300 warrants with no premium worth $2535, premium will shrink as it gets further in the money, but still .50 est. or $2685
At $20 stock $2000
300 warrants at $4035, no premium here.
No way does RIBT get bought out for less than $10.00, IMO. If Q1 shows $23,000,000 revenue and if Q4 shows cash flow positive as the CFO stated at the CC, RIBT could be $20 on April 1st, Q4 reporting day. Any new developments and we go well beyond expectations.
I got to throw in a disclaimer. If RIBT stayed below $6.55 til expiration, you's lose it all with the warrants.
