ALBANY, N.Y., Sept. 18, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has released its 2014-2015 Health Insurance Plan Rankings, and CDPHP® commercial health plans, as well as the CDPHP Medicare Choices HMO, have been ranked as the best in New York state. In addition, the CDPHP Select Plan (Medicaid) has been ranked third in New York.
