Steven Boecker Joins AerSale as Vice President Sal

CORAL GABLES, Fla., Sept. 18, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - AerSale, Inc. announced today that Steven Boecker has joined the AerSale team as Vice President Sales to augment the Company's global engine and aircraft marketing efforts. Boecker's appointment will further enhance AerSale's global reach within the aviation aftermarket services and materials industry.

Boecker most recently served as Sales Director – Global Leasing Team for Pratt & Whitney / International Aero Engines. He first joined Pratt & Whitney in 1998 as Engine Services Manager for the Americas, and over the course of the next 16 years he assumed various rolls of increasing responsibility in aircraft and engine lease and campaign sales support. Boecker began his career in 1986 with the former Presidential Airways, where he gained valuable industry insight while holding several airline operations management positions. He later left to join Pemco World Air Services as Director, OEM Development.

Boecker earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1984 from The Citadel and a Master of Science in Aviation Management Degree in 1986 from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Concurrent with his aviation career, he also served for 10 years in the United States Army Reserve as a Transportation Corps Officer. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University School of Business in Daytona Beach, Florida.
