That guy isn't worth the time it takes to argue with him. We know what we have here, and Baltia will achieve certification regardless of what he or flyersfan says. I own more shares today than I ever have and worry less about the uncertainty more than I ever have.
Meanwhile, daytrading Apple and Amazon has helped to pass the time. Good price changes happening almost daily, the downside being the amount of capital required to turn a profit.
