basic market analysis announcing sony partners

announcing sony partnership was big
but partnerships don't make revenues. if hedge funds see stockholders underwater (and overweight) they'll contain the stock. they do the math. simple
ntek may be another quarter away from those partnerships with best buy, foxconn, and sony (for the moment) actually producing revenues the broader market can measure. they know they still have time. besides, it might be worth it to pressure the sell side. they could make even more money by doing this. accumulating a larger position. especially if ntek gets their products into sony, samsung, lg, best buy, ingram micro and others (where the stock would really be worth containing for those gains)
this has nothing to do with "larger shareholders". no one shareholder is likely going to control the stock. the float is about 600million shares. what's someone with 20 or 30 million going to do really?
larger forces at work. revenues still need to be made so the broader market is forced to pay attention. there are about 9,000 pink sheet stocks. not many people are looking at ntek. longs would probably be much better off spreading the word on ntek to other boards than wasting any time with the day-to-day ticks (if you have all the shares you're really going to get at this point)
