Keep in mind that Mr. Bordynuik is the one who claims to have found the catalyst which cracked the code and made pyrolysis highly profitable. If the engineering firm has or can develop the 'key' which PTOI doesn't have, then that engineering firm is the one which should be worth billions of dollars.
