You're pretty smart in anticipating that. Where your intelligence falls just a bit short is that since Mr. Bordynuik's original claims of commercial viability, a cost of $10/bbl and offer of WTI-$3 turned out to be blatant lies...that you don't require any type of evidence from the company that the process is commercially viable.
You're willing to forgive the lies told to you by the company...yet don't require any evidence that they've begun to tell the truth. The past years have shown that the company has lied to you on multiple occasions. Feel free to sweep all of that under the rug and rail against anyone who continues to point out that you're being swindled.
