There were over 70+ companies that received their Notice of Effectiveness today and most of them appeared to be S-4 filings. I did find a company that filed their last S-1/A on 8-27. They were categorized under Transporation Services Assistant Director Office 5. As I said yesterday, VitaCig's answer seems very, very close.
