Well, some litigation is still ongoing. But you're right, Mr. Bordynuik settled the fraud charges with the OSC and SEC by paying fines and admitting that it was his intention to deceive investors...so investors should give Mr. Bordynuik a third chance to defraud them after the media credit fraud and after lying about $10/bbl cost/WTI-$3 offer. After all, if you can't trust a swindler who says he's found a secret catalyst which makes pyrolysis profitable, who can you trust??
