You still haven't even indicated whether you are actually an investor in NanoLogix. Yes or no? "Activist Investors" who aren't invested are by definition objects of suspicion by real investors with real stakes in a company. Otherwise we are really only talking about busybodies and meddlers. Soooo, you in or out?
