Thenewalbum, that is one post I really totally agree with. I'm sure you'll take umbrage at my now pushing this envelope here, but government does not "make", or "produce" ---anything ... not one thing. (they can take your money and make a bomb or building with it, but that's also from you). Their subsistence is gained from willing ...well, I'll stop there.
The delay in both FITX inspections and licensure are very intentional. And they are very political, and meant to ensure HC/Gov. financial success. Heads will never roll over this one, though. It's how they work. We'll be approved.
