Q 1 projected numbers before the K is like putting the wagon in front of the horse...I am the reason he did not do that....BITCH at me...Molnars news on the OTC instead of a Global PR...me again....We are going forward in a big way...we just need to do it right...he wants to make the shareholders happy if he can but he can't disclose inside info...trust me.He calls me a jackazz at times and I call him an azz. I fussed over him not following nobody on Twitter...he don't care...he thinks if they are smart they will follow him. He told me this weekend that he has waited 8 years for this week. He is super excited about the Q 1 numbers even though he say's that they keep changing..He knows...he won't tell me...I asked for the low side....crickets....It all comes down to our K ( annual )....he said there is not another pink currently trading that has the numbers we have and it is only 3 Quarters reporting revenue. He says after the Q we will be able to up list...that is OCT. 15th but I think we should get enough traffic from our Global K we should be able to up list before then. He is hiring help to fix our late financials. He knows that this is a huge problem. He is on it...don't want another screaming phone call from me...The truth is this...he wants to up list and be a Big Boy...he has to get his stuff together...he knows this and is willing to do what is necessary ...he has told me a hundred times that the shareholders are first...I do know he refused to do a R/S to get a deal in Europe...Partners wanted a PPS of 1.50 - 2.00....he said we will do it the right way..
