it's a 3rd Quarter Financial Report, theres no 10Q's in Pinks, only Financial Reports that are AUDITED for SEC reporting companies that are on the OTCqb/qx or traded on the major exchanges and listed on the Edgar system that can claim the 10Q status.

TYTN never had any 10q or 10k or 8k's etc.. released yet maybe one day ?
