Thanks for the comments WARMBUFFETT.  In a country where "due process" is purportedly highly valued and we are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, they've reversed the process.  KMAG was immediately judged as guilty by the newly unfettered and ungoverned SEC and immediately prosecuted prior to being heard.

At this point, the SEC has too much power and has harmed  many investors and families.  KMAG was valued at  $12,000,000.00 prior to the suspension and  is now valued at $1,500,000.00 thanks to the SEC.  They removed over 10 million dollars of value in days from shareholders on a pre-mature action.  The SEC is deemed a protection agency by mainstream America.  Their action here would be applauded by the vast majority of citizens and simply bolsters the image of the agency as proactive.  The truth is, this bogus suspension has sullied KMAG's reputation for virtually all who have not been privy to the truth.  The SEC is doing the same spurious activities as the FBI did during the Herbert Hoover era, prosecuting innocent people.

How much time and money has JR spent trying to undo their error through attorney expenses, extra accounting time, extra work effort on his part and possible damage to the company.  How has the stress affected our cancer survivor, JR's health?  The strain from all this has surely affected his mental and physical state.

The LieHub bash crew has been a revelation through this nightmare.  Their names are all familiar as the same Cretans repeat the same defamatory tripe day after day.  Working to hurt the emotional and monetary state of other people in an effort to make their short positions hold. These sub-human miscreants represent much of what is wrong in our "civilization".  They are the dregs of our society and are akin to those who steal identities.  They prance as cowards hidden behind an alias preying on others.  They've been loosed on a forum that encourages rather than tries to inhibit their illicit activities.  Let karma have her way with them.

Like virtually every KMAG shareholder, those of us who have held had to make a very difficult decisions.  Should we sell and save something or hold and fight for what we believe.  Sleepless nights and torment during the day have followed for weeks on end.  This has been horrific on many levels for a lot of families watching their precious monetary reserves evaporate.

Thank goodness for Investors Hangout and the ability to move to a supportive cohesive format that allows some free and honest speech.  Thank goodness for all the honest souls who post here and have worked tirelessly to find and spread the truth about this situation.  We are near the end of this trial and have forged great respect and some friendships one with another.  We have endured and as Martin Luther King said, "we shall overcome" and we have.
