From Oct/Nov 2012 until Mar 2014, the company was Dark (Skull & Crossbones) Non-Reporting. There is a reason for that (and I'm not going to get into right now, and can be gleaned through past posts and company filings), BUT...

The company is transparent, communicating and OTC Pink Current again. We can also increased business activity (http://budgenius.com) during Q4/2013, and beginning Mar 2014, we have been provided with 12 Press Releases since, with increased activity beginning in July (10 PRs since July).

We know this: RIGH is getting their administrative house in order. There is also increased business activity. So we don't know when, but there's a pretty good bet that ticker change is PRIMED and READY TO BE FIRED when the rest of the MJ Sector Launches forward...
