You're right, it's dark, very jaded.  Watching election commercials was interesting this year. Both parties show how devious and underhanded they are by the misrepresentations and outright lies they spin to grab votes.  It was very much like reading LieHub's KMAG board.  Lies, bigger lies and distortions by some PAC or Party instead of some useless scumbag alias.   I have no doubt after watching the commercials that nothing would be considered sacred when it comes to getting elected including bogus suspensions by the SEC to get voters attention.  It's all about money and getting favors from the guy you helped get elected.

Sad but true.
