(OTCBB: GRMS) announced today the successful installation of energy efficient lighting for Riverbay Corporation, also known as Co-Op City in the Bronx, NY, one of the world's largest cooperative living facilities with more than 15,000 residential units. The Company received approximately $992,000 from Barrett Capital Corporation of New York from the sale of its future interest in the energy savings over the next 10 years. The proceeds will be used to grow the Company's energy management business. Approximately 6,000 energy efficient light bulbs were installed in the facility's eight parking garages. The products were installed at no out-of-pocket-cost to the facility and resulted in more than a 50% reduction in electrical cost used for maintaining the garages.
