(ADKF) are in the process of completing the Audits for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012. Once the Independent Audit Opinions are issued the financial statements will be uploaded onto the OTC Market and the Company will turn its attention and efforts toward the review of the results of operations of the Company's first and second quarter 2013.
