Because you are not an insider in the company, you have not been a part of the discussions with them.  You have no real information to where we are with them.  There is a lot more to this then your simple statement you have made about this.

I shared with this board about our call with them right after it happened earlier this year because I felt and still feel it is a good move for us.  At the time I was wanting to do something a little different then we have seen form other companies. I wanted to put people in the loop not only when we finished deals but as thing happened and where in process.  My goal was to give investors the clearest view into our company direction with both deals being closed and ones we are working on.

On this topic, If you spoke to Gareth you still have not spoke to the person we are working with and these conversations are inside information.  As i stated earlier we want to rely on press release from this point forward to share information.  When somebody comes out and calls me personally a liar I had to take a moment and address that.

Also, nobody to OTC Markets has told anyone I should have not posted anything about this matter.  They would never make such a statement.
