Thank u JSL-all this discussion pointing fingers and analyzing everyone's intention, will lead to nothing when it comes to the PPS and actual business-it just distracts us from the real issues here.

Question 1, if the company has not even started the process of selling the preferred's yet hence they haven't registered yet, realistically how far are we from buying the brokerage?

Question 2, unfortounately I did not listen to the CC, did Matt say that he needs to raise $1 million to buy the brokerage or this is a lie?

Question 3, how will the company operate (money wise) till we raise money and buy the brokerage and start producing revenues?
