An inefficient market is the result of a lack of information. For those who believe PTOI's stock is grossly underpriced from its real value, they should wonder why Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle want to keep the stock price down by keeping investors in the dark.
Just think, shareholders, where the stock would be if Mr. Bordynuik processed a load of plastic and described the input and the output in detail. It's not a rhetorical question to ask why shareholders think PTOI isn't disclosing that basic information.
