Why not? It's the OTC. Only good for one run a year anymore if you are lucky.
Soon maybe that won't even be true. Funny thing about corruption and crime in the casinos, if the customers don't get to win every once and a while they stop showing up to play.
Anyone who doesn't believe that can go take a good look at Freeport in the Bahamas or Costa Rica or numerous cruise ships.
The OTC has always been the Wild West of the stock market, I guess the criminals want to make it a ghost town now.
