Non reporting stocks imo are just trades , don't look for it to put your kids through college or retire on.

when you see a company that wont even take the time to update their information on sites that most penny traders use to get their info , that is a red flag on your DD checklist. It does not cost ICBT one thin dime to update their information on here . See where it says Company update info just above the contact info with green check mark , yep its free ,
