*entity* is on FUMES >> it's not going to take much (8k/update) to trigger threshold
be very interesting to see what and when mgmt files next
reminder >> if the judge signs off on the class period settlement on 9.25.14
i'd expect mgmt to file an 8k within 4 business days ..
EOQ = 9.30.14 >> the following Tuesday ..
4th Q starts on 10.1.14 >> which obviously is Wednesday
there are 3 things i can see 8k'd .. (and/or updated by mgmt)
within the next 2 weeks
first is 5 and 10 year permits via NYSDEC
second is national company id'd and expanded upon
third is detailed info re: class period settlement
from that point on >> imo it's gonna be beyond revealing to observe
what is filed next
first asset sale
BoD seated
AGM date filed
3rd Q filed
second asset sale
i see at a minimum Ceo changed out .. probably post AGM
i expect >> one *focus* is on branding re: P2O .. which may come
from a contracted IR/marketing co.
i see the distinct possibility of a one time special cash div b4 uplisting
and i see uplisting out of the OTC cesspool in 2015
it's my sincere belief that this *entity* >> in aggregate >> after 4+ years of efforts
is upside down when it comes to PTOI's *float*
to give you an idea of how bad of a hole they've dug >> the float is 67,829,555
to cover even half of the float >> we are talking 34M shares ..
it's very easy to call for 2 to 3 x the record setting volume month currently ..
(April 2011) >> 8M+ .. (16 to 24M)
it's equally easy to call for a partial cover of 20.00 to 40.00 (entity may not
have the luxury of laddering) if mgmt gives the least amount of notice
re: uplisting >> as possible >> but it's no secret ..
i won't be surprised if trades go off >> double that *range* within a week of *volume* of significance
they've lost >> even tho' (zero doubts) they know the name of the national co.
they can't ID it >> because it blows their years' of bogus bs to smithereens
they are reduced to *cycling* shares in a tightly controlled pps range >>
comparable to March 2011 .. and i'm seriously beginning to believe
that sub 50c
is their waterloo >> vs the 1.50 - 1.65 in place *imo* for years
except for that round >> this *entity* >> CONtrolled the outcome ..
i wonder with hindsight if they would covered that first 1M abusive short (2009)
vs what they face now ..
