This is a false statement "to meet the minmum $5 M capital assest requirement is very hard, as we now sit at $3.3M total value of the 1.14 Billion shares" the assets requirement is total assets 2 million dollar not 5 million! That is why ppl should not believe everything said on these message boards! Posting false statements mislead ppl and cast doubt. If you don't know then find the facts instead of misleading others!
