read it and decide whether its geared to Navial itself mining over a LONG period or whether its geared to sell to big boys- is it advertising for buyers of product or for selling the empire to big boys?
almost all if not all actual mining construction pics are of cwrn mine
other than the cwrn mine their focus does not seem to be on current production as much as might be expected for such a huge empire accumulated since 1998- missing the huge gold silver iron prices variously of the last few years

The existing port facilities in Ensenada and the existing highway infrastructure between
the mines and the port will not permit much expansion beyond about 150,000t per Month.
Therefore, over the next 3 -5 years, we plan to construct a ship loading facility close to the
mines which will allow shipments up to 5.0 Million Tons annually aboard Capesize Bulk Carriers.
