I believe we all see a big difference in the current situation and should be hopeful, and we ARE hopeful, only reluctant to feel hope with the enthusiasm and abandon we once did. Once bitten (actually many times bitten), twice shy.
Raising the child TECO has been no easy task with misbehavior along the way and is certainly not the job for wimps or the feint of heart. The shareholders who stayed strong enough to see it through are now on the cusp of seeing our problem child finally reach a responsible adulthood and contribute back to society (We, the shareholders)
Now is not the time to be impatient. Allow Chris to bring TECO through it's difficult teenage years.
