It is very much possible that that OTC person was not fully informed about icpa applying or aware of previois communications.....kinda like one department isnt aware of what the other one has done or is doing. Surely you would atleast understand why someone receiving that email in the morning would kinda be upsetting considering the circumstances we are in as heavy investors.
I give you benefit of the doubt again and have pretty much resigned myself at this point to just hope for the best and wait it out.
