Bill has said the license will be announced the minute it is in hand, and I believe that. I think he has to disclose it, he has a duty to his shareholders. IMO, there will be two PRs and fairly close together -- first the license and then the merger, which appears to be conditioned on the license. Of course, there could be others, there is a lot going on behind the scenes.

And I think it would be normal for the share price to rise on the license news, and then fall back some. But with the license too many people know that revenues are weeks away, and I doubt it would fall back to the range it's been in. I think we'll be looking at a significant rise that will stick once license is in hand.
