I agree catty, it would be silly to waste the time and expense of the training for employees (not to mention the people coming in to do the training) if the top brass didn't think license was imminent.
And, it would appear that a starting core of employees is already selected! I think that's significant also. They may have been doing employee interviews off-site, since they weren't showing the insides to anyone not working there. What's that saying: "Need-to-know basis?" But -- if they're conducting the training inside the facility, as it appears they are, they must be EXTREMELY confident, because NOBODY was getting to look inside before, and they even stated that there would be no tours -- equipment, techniques and work-flow setup are considered proprietary to us.
