Listing prospectus for Ahlstrom EUR 100 million bond now available

Ahlstrom Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE September 15, 2014 at 16.15 Not for release, publication or distribution, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Singapore or Japan or any other jurisdiction in which the distribution or release would be unlawful. Listing prospectus for Ahlstrom's EUR 100 million bond now available Ahlstrom, a global high performance fiber-based materials company, announced an issue of a EUR 100 million senior unsecured bond on September 4, 2014. The bond matures on September 15, 2019, and it carries a fixed coupon interest rate of 4.125 per cent per annum. The bond is callable subject to certain provisions also before its final maturity. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved a listing prospectus prepared for the listing of the bond. The listing prospectus is available in English as of the date of this release on the company's website at www.ahlstrom.com. The bond is expected to be admitted to public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on or about September 18, 2014. Danske Bank and SEB acted as joint lead managers in the transaction.
