just my 2c .. based on 7.1.14 Update out of mgmt
my thinking is national company is focused on North America
and Brewer's focus is more international .. but that is one ?
i'd like answered either via the co.s next CC or via their AGM
again just me .. but i'd expect once BoD is seated .. we'll see
a filing specific to an AGM date ..
