The machine does not have to be commercially viable to for a buyer to be interested. What i mean by that is the machine does not have to turn a profit in order to pay the investment off in x amount of years. The potential buyers are more concerned with taking the waste plastic and turning it into fuel so they have more room to bury other junk. The green image thing helps too.
BUT on the other hand uptime needs some improvement. Hope that's where the engineering firm comes into play
