I don't think the system is set-up to compare apples to apples. I posted back on Sept 8th that I found a company that received their Notice of Effectiveness on September 5th and had filed their final s-1/a (they had a total of four) back on August 4th. VitaCig filed their last s-1/a on August 25th. I don't even think we can compare s-1/a between companies because we don't have a way of knowing what comments were addressed. There are too many factors. I check it every morning just because I want to see VitaCig's Notice of Effectiveness.
