This company could fail, lots of companies do. I feel it has as good a chance as any I've looked at in penny land. Making themselves public opens the door to many cans of worms, one of which is price manipulation by people who would destroy a companies chances to make a buck, another is public sentiment. If the public gets spooked it will effect the pps, its easy to play with peoples emotions in trading. Its those traders who can handle emotion and cut through to the facts then act on them who prevail most of the time.
Normally I stay out of long positions because I hate the roller coaster, but MRIB has what I look for and is proceeding very well IMO. I put in an amount I don't need and can lose 100% without worry.
