If processors are sold would you not expect that the buyers are happy with what they've learned and seen?
The business plan has been fully explained - but I'll reiterate - they're going to sell processors, sell maintenance, sell support, sell the catalyst and collect royalities.
I expect that an independent BoD will be seated when sales are complete.
The last AGM could not have been more transparent. Everything was fully explained - from the difficulities/problems to solutions and successes.
The company has learned not to be overly transparent. Previous announcements have resulted in numerous harassing phone calls to potential patrners trying to disuade them from doing business with them. Right now, what we need is a signed purchase agreement which should result in everything falling into place.
