Regarding my question about the audited financials, I forgot to add another related sub-question:
If a target date has not yet been set, why not? Is the BOD waiting for some trigger event or condition (for example, merger with RXNB, or announcement of first harvest at Site 1, or "X" number of consecutive days at $"Y"/per share) to occur? Or some other reason?
