OTC/Picon - Here are some suggestions for questions to IR:
(1) What is the status of Site 2? Has a request for HC inspection been submitted yet? If not, what are the plans for doing so?
(2) What is the roll-out status of Buildings 3, 4 (and 5?) on Site 1? Has a specific construction schedule been established yet (will we at least get the footings in before the onset of really cold/snowy weather)?
(3) What were the specific goals of Bill’s trips to Ukraine and China? Was it to arrange importation of hemp seeds? To license RXNB technology/R+D to them? To explore a JV with Hemptech? To do something else (and/or all of the above)? Note that this question doesn’t not ask about visit outcomes or results – that sort of information would belong in an official PR. It merely asks about the reasons for the visits.
(4) What is the status of the audited financials? Has a target date been set yet? If so, what is it?
(5) When FITX uplists, what will it uplist to? A higher OTC level? An entirely different exchange (for example, the TSX)? What’s the current thinking about that?
