I'm told that if shares were to change hands at say for example 0.000201 for example that it would be institutional buying. If shares change hands at for example 0.00021 that would be a market maker buying. Only institutions can buy those shares traded that low.
If the only data we can find is for the usual 0.0002 only trades without knowing if the trade was made at a price lower than that, all we know is that someone is buying.
