I think a strategy can be developed which is comprehensive in that investors can determine short and long term objectives then set specific criteria (as a group) to enhance volume at specific price points within the bottom/top and otherwise critical points such as SMA crossovers/support and resistance etc I will PM you more because as I said it is more comprehensive because media can be utilized to increase participation at a later point
