What I don't understand is both Miami and Phil were there right? Now, Miami is saying that Matt said he will increase the AS and bring it down to no bid???? Now, did Phil witness this talk? Which CEO would even be crazy enough to such things, now, knowing that Miami was a large shareholder who cared about his investment. Somethings do not jive. I guess only Matt can clear this mess. Both who went to the meeting are contraticting what happned and this is very confusing and not right!Each can make what they think of this situation. Phil I am saying this knowing you are on this board. Not that anyone is lying but just something does not jive and I do not want to judge either one of you. But I hope you are right about Matt and BCAP cos I am invested here and am still like the business plan. Thanks!
