I am calling BS on that Slic. And it makes perfect sense that his explanation isn't helping you to become more patient.
How can he say he thought he had this problem fixed at the end of the 3rd Quarter? Since it caused such a problem with getting the Q3 out in a timely fashion one would think he would have been checking on it throughout the 4th quarter. This is something he should have made you aware of long before now since you have been in his special confidences.
I think McHenry is subjecting investors to what's called "The Procrastinique", which is short for "The Procrastination Technique". I continue to doubt that McHenry has secured real revenue producing clients and is using the "minutes/invoice" explanation as an excuse for failure to produce an actual list of clients.
SLIC, please take note a this time that Garry has been using you as his mouth piece and you will certainly receive a brunt of the frustrations on these message boards should he fail to deliver. This is because McHenry has made himself unavailable for public discourse. Please prepare yourself for this potential eventuality.
It's clear to me with your request that we, once again, "just be patient", McHenry has not changed his modus operandi and we can expect the K when it is released to provide no more information than the previous, non pps impacting quarterly reports.
This is all my opinion. Maybe a miracle will happen and Monday Garry will finally prove me wrong...
