GM, BG. My belief, the audit will need to be complete first.

Back-to-back-to-back. The last audit I was involved in (small company), took 90 days and over 500-direct record requests (end-to-end documentation trail). Depends on how deep, how thorough and how many records. We hired the best in state, so it was deep, but only for 1 year of records. I think we are getting close here, just IMO.
