I do find it odd that Miami, after months of posit

I do find it odd that Miami, after months of positive posts, was able to determine that Matt is a crook after a 15 minute meeting with him. Granted no one was happy about the possible RS AS increase but that's not something a CEO says if he's trying to scam SH's. He quietly increases the AS then dumps shares before anyone knows what happened. If that was his intention all along he would of done it already. It's obvious he is trying to sell the prefered shares. Now how that's going is anybodys guess but we should find out before to long. Been in many pennys where the CEO was a crook, I just don't get that feeling with Matt.
